Pause Website

You might want to pause your website for many reasons, and here at Dynamic IDX, we understand. If you wish to pause your site, please know that some MLSs will keep billing us unless we terminate the website and hosting, so that cost could still occur and be added to your paused site invoice.

It is also essential to note that by pausing a website, it will not be accessible to anyone, and this will affect your SEO ranking.

Invoices are usually emailed seven days before the first day of each billing period. The billing period starts on the first day of the month. To avoid being charged for another billing period, you must cancel your website five days before the first billing period during business hours. For example, if the billing period starts on Sunday, you must cancel five business days before so your invoice can be voided. Otherwise, you will be invoiced for another billing period, and the website will be scheduled to be paused on the first day of the next billing period.

Per our Terms of Use, we do not refund or pro-rate refunds on advanced payments on hosting or maintenance.

When to Pause Your Website

Your website will be scheduled to be paused and remain accessible until the end of the billing period. However, we can pause your website, making it inaccessible sooner if you wish.
